T.C. Contracting, Inc. has been in business since 1998. We are a small company with only two employees, which are also the owners. We are fully insured and offer a wide range of work abilities. We take the stress of home improvement off your shoulders and make it a very satisfying experience. Our specialty is custom trim carpentry, such as finish trim, custom desks, mantels, furniture and wall units that organize your life. However, we are not limited to custom trim. We have a well-known reputation for additions; finished basements, kitchen and bath remodeling, and whole house renovations.

Our business has been based on the referral system. 100% of our business has been from customers recommending us to their friends and family, or contractors and builders referring us to other contractors and builders. We have always prided ourselves on the quality of work we produce, and it has proven to be the best means of advertisement. Advertising in newspapers and magazines has not been necessary for our business to prosper. Our clients are provided with so many services that they often use us for any type of remodeling projects they have, from the smaller projects of a room of crown to the larger projects of adding an addition. We are one of the few companies that offer digital imaging. This allows clients to see what they are getting and make any changes before the first nail is driven. Mr. Paul Gianakas, one of the owners, is the trim carpenter. He has been in the field of construction for over ten years. If we work for you, you will see Paul on a regular bases until the job is to your satisfaction. Mrs. Bobbie Gianakas, the other owner, is mainly behind the scenes. She makes sure every thing is running smoothly. We may only be a two-person company, but we have the best network of subcontractors there are. We use only those subcontractors who display the highest quality of craftsmanship.
